At Zepawo, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. No questions asked.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@zepawo.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. We will confirm your return and provide return instructions and our warehouse address in Valencia, Spain
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the provided address
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 business days

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zepawo.com. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom items
  • Hygiene products that have been opened (e.g., grooming items)
  • Food and treats
