Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology behind our e-commerce platform.

By using Zepawo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you're browsing on a device used by minors in your household, you're responsible for supervising that use.

When you create an account or place an order, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Not transfer, sell, or share your account with anyone else

If we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent use of your account, we may suspend or close it to protect you and our business.

4. Orders

When you place an order on Zepawo, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it by email (an Order Confirmation). Payment must be received and processed before we accept an order.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or modify any order, for example, if:

• A product is out of stock or incorrectly priced
• We identify potential fraud or unauthorised use
• We cannot ship to your address
• There is a breach of these Terms

If we cancel or change your order, we'll notify you via the contact details you provided and refund any amount already paid.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to cancel or modify it, however, your statutory right of withdrawal (see our [Return & Refund Policy]) still applies to consumers in the EU.

5. Prices, Payment, and Billing

All prices on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping, handling, customs duties (for non-EU orders), and other applicable charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase and confirmed in your Order Confirmation email.

You agree to:

• Use only payment methods you are legally authorised to use
• Pay all charges, including taxes and shipping, at the prices in effect when you order

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or similar. Zepawo does not store full card details on its own servers.

If a payment is declined, refunded, or disputed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover any associated costs.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We partner with EU-based fulfilment providers and shipping carriers to deliver orders, and most parcels arrive within the estimated window.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers, customs, or third-party providers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Addresses that are unreachable or refused delivery

Once we hand your order to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you, although your consumer rights regarding damaged or lost parcels are always protected under applicable law. Please see our [Return & Refund Policy] for details.

7. Consumer Rights and Returns

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you benefit from important statutory rights that cannot be waived, including:

• The right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU)
• The legal guarantee of conformity for 3 years from delivery (Spanish Consumer Protection Law)

You may browse, view, and share our content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Shopify's trademarks, logos, and brand elements belong to Shopify Inc. All other trademarks appearing on our site belong to their respective owners.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Zepawo is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology infrastructure for our store. However, all purchases are made directly with SV4 Ventures, S.L. (Zepawo), not Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for the products we sell, order fulfilment, returns, customer service, or any disputes between you and us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your purchases on Zepawo.

14. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information (for example, in product descriptions, prices, promotions, or availability). We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update or cancel orders affected by them, including after an order has been placed. If an order is cancelled because of a pricing error, we will notify you and refund any amount paid.
